Hotels in Burntisland
| A Fair Trade town with a population of around 6,000, Burntisland is well know for its annual Highland games and also its annual fair. Burntiland was the site for the worlds first Roll-on/Roll-off ferry crossing, which went to Granton in 1850. Things worth seeing here are the 15th centaury Rossend Castle, where Mary Queen of Scots often visited and also the Burntisland Golf Club which is the 11th oldest in the world. |
