| Located midway between Inverness and Aberdeen Elgin is a former cathedral city and a Royal Burgh in Moray. A very historic town the medieval street plan is still well preserved and a few buildings still have arched facades which were typical in the 18th centaury. The Visitor attractions here include the Cathedral, the Elgin Museum and also Pluscarden Abbey. |
